What is LodgeStatus?
LodgeStatus is the all-in-one operating system for modern hospitality businesses. It unifies front desk, housekeeping, reservations, finance, and guest communication into a single calm dashboard.
Is LodgeStatus suitable for small properties?
Absolutely. Our Essential plan is purpose-built for independent boutique hotels with up to 20 rooms, giving you enterprise-grade tools without the enterprise price tag.
Can I migrate from my current PMS?
Yes. Our onboarding team handles full data migration from all major PMS platforms. Most properties are live within one hour.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all plans include a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gives you a 20% discount versus monthly pricing. You can switch between billing cycles at any time from your account settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers for Enterprise accounts. All transactions are processed securely.
Does LodgeStatus support multiple properties?
Yes. Our Professional and Enterprise plans support multi-property management with a unified dashboard, shared staff access controls, and consolidated reporting.
Can guests check in via mobile?
Yes. All plans include mobile check-in capabilities, allowing guests to complete the check-in process from their smartphone before arrival.
What integrations are available?
LodgeStatus integrates with all major OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb), POS systems, smart lock providers, and payment gateways via our open API.
How is my guest data protected?
All data is encrypted end-to-end using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant.
Where is data hosted?
Data is hosted in ISO 27001 certified data centres across the EU and US, with automatic geo-redundant backups every 6 hours.
Can I control staff access levels?
Yes. LodgeStatus features granular role-based access control (RBAC) so you can define exactly what each staff member can see and do.
