Do I need a fast internet connection?
The desktop app works offline at the front desk and syncs when you reconnect. Mobile apps store task lists locally so housekeeping keeps working in basements or remote wings.
Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
Yes. One login works on your computer, tablet, and phone. All data stays in sync automatically.
What happens when an update is released?
Desktop apps update in the background. Mobile apps update through the App Store or Play Store like any other app.
Is there a web version too?
Yes. You can sign in from any browser at app.lodgestatus.com. The apps simply add offline support and push notifications.
